1. Request guidance on posting a listing
This is suitable for property owners who want to post listings themselves but are unsure where to start. The Homeday team can provide guidance on registration steps, accessing the Dashboard, and posting listings independently.

2. Have Homeday post the listing for you
This is suitable for property owners who are unable to post listings themselves, lack time, or prefer the team to manage the listing process. This service incurs a fee as determined by Homeday.

To help the team provide guidance or post listings more quickly, property owners should prepare complete essential information before contacting the team, such as:

Property type, e.g., house, condo, land, townhome, or commercial building
Listing type, e.g., For Sale or For Rent
Location / Project name, e.g., project name, district, amphoe, province, or nearby highlights

Price, e.g., selling price, rental price, or additional conditions
Property details, e.g., area size, number of rooms, highlights, furniture, view, common facilities, or transportation
Clear and comprehensive property photos from multiple angles
Contact number that can be reached
LINE or additional contact channels for interested parties to inquire conveniently

How long do listings stay active?

Each listing is active for 90 days. The system will send a notification in advance before expiration, allowing you to extend the listing immediately.

If an old listing expires, do I have to create a new one from scratch?

No need to create a new one! Simply go to the listing management page and click "Renew Listing." All property information will be back online, saving you a lot of time.

How to delete/close a listing?

Steps to delete or close a listing:

Log in to your Homeday member account
Go to the Dashboard
Select the “My Listings” menu
Choose the listing you want to manage
Click “Cancel Listing” status if it has been sold/rented or if you want to temporarily hide it.
Click “Delete Listing” if you do not wish to keep that listing in the system.
Review the information for accuracy, then confirm the action.
The system will update the listing status as selected.
