Project Name / Location
Specify the project name, location, district/amphoe, province, and nearby highlights such as proximity to BTS/MRT, main roads, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, or business districts, to help seekers easily assess the location.
Price
Clearly state the selling or rental price, along with important conditions such as monthly price, security deposit, contract terms, or additional expenses, if any.
Area Size
Specify the usable area in square meters, square wah, or land size completely, to help interested parties easily compare properties and make quicker decisions.
Number of Rooms and Key Areas
Indicate the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, parking spaces, kitchen, living room, balcony, or other special areas such as a study, garden, laundry area, or multi-purpose space.
Property Details
Clearly highlight the property's features, such as ready-to-move-in furniture, house orientation, view, common facilities, transportation, location selling points, and what makes this property more attractive than others.
Contact Number
Provide a real contact phone number to allow interested parties to inquire, schedule viewings, or request more information conveniently.
LINE or Additional Contact Channels
Prepare your LINE ID or other convenient contact channels to allow interested parties to easily chat for details and help reduce the chance of missing out on genuinely interested customers.
Preparing complete information from the start will make your listing look professional, trustworthy, and increase the chances of seekers contacting you. Additionally, posting listings on Homeday is done via the Dashboard, where users can fill in property information, upload photos, review details, and confirm their listing themselves.
